Description
You train at home at odd hours, and a hard plastic abdominal wheel makes a sharp rolling noise that can be heard in the flat below. This one has a matt rubber coating over a metal core, and the coating is what cushions the rolling motion.
The same coating stops the wheel marking parquet or laminate flooring, and gives it grip. It does not slip on smooth floors, which is what turns a repetition into a fright.

- The abdominal wheel requires control of your midsection from the first repetition. If you are starting out, the usual approach is to perform the movement from your knees and keep it very short, then extend it as you gain control. You do not need to extend fully on the first day.
