Description
Add resistance to sprints and dragging exercises: put on the harness, attach the strap to a sled, tyre or any load with an anchor point, and pull. You choose the weight; the harness spreads the pull between your shoulders and waist.
It has two padded shoulder straps that cross at the back, a belt that adjusts from 84 to 116 cm in circumference with a buckle, and a D-ring at the back. The harness is 42 cm high. The tow strap is 158 cm long and attaches to the ring with metal carabiners. Everything is made from black woven webbing.
The sled, tyre and weight are not included: you attach the harness to whatever you already have.
