Description
When you deadlift, your back is rarely the first thing to fail: it is your grip. The bar starts to turn between your fingers, and you let go before completing the repetitions you were meant to do.
These wrist straps wrap around the joint and include reinforcement around the palm, where the bar rubs and calluses form. By holding the wrist, they also help prevent the hand from bending backwards as the load increases.
They are sold in packs of one, two and three pairs, so you can keep one pair in your bag and another as a spare without buying twice. There are three finishes: pink, purple and deep purple.
The set weighs 618 grams, depending on the pack. They are designed for lifting and deadlifts.

Frequently asked questions
- How many pairs are included?
- It depends on the pack: there are options with one pair, two pairs and three pairs. The product is the same in all three; only the quantity changes.
- Do they replace grip training?
- No, and it is worth keeping this clear: if you always use them, your grip stops being trained. The usual approach is to save them for heavy sets and do lighter sets without them.
- Can you use them for pull-ups?
- They work for any pulling exercise where your grip gives out before the muscle. They work for pull-ups, although they are most commonly used for deadlifts and barbell rows.
- Do they tighten the wrist too much?
- The support adjusts when you close it. For heavy work, it should feel firm; if you notice tingling in your hand, it is too tight and you should loosen it.
