Description
Stretching your neck by yourself is difficult because something needs to support the weight of your head while your neck relaxes. That is all this hammock does: you anchor it to a door handle or frame, lie down on the floor, place the back of your head inside, and let your head hang.
The surface that touches your head is made from cotton, with two padded pieces around the nape and the back of the skull. The straps adjust with a buckle, so you can set the height of your head according to the door and according to how far you want to stretch.
It supports up to fifty kilograms, well above the weight of a head. The limit applies to the anchor, not the fabric.
It folds away easily and weighs little. It is one of the few recovery accessories that fits in hand luggage.
One warning: this is a stretching accessory, not a treatment. If you have persistent neck pain, you should see a doctor rather than hang yourself from a door.

- Can it treat a neck injury?
